• Job Details:Review contracts and purchase orders for correctness of figures, acceptability of terms & conditionsand agreed material list and product specifications, this is in close coordination with sales, financedepartments and company legal counsel. •Close coordination with finance department in reviewing financial terms, payments, issuing of lettersof credit and letters of guarantee (performance bonds). •Review of Material Procurement Requests with project team or other internal parties generatingthem and ensure management approval is obtained in a timely manner. •Overview purchase orders generation and placing for vendors/suppliers (foreign and local), and making sure that close follow up with vendors/suppliers is done on progress of purchase orders. •Work collaboratively with vendors/suppliers for dispute resolution. •Establish close relationships with customers and commercial partners to gain their trust. •Ensure customer queries are responded to in a timely and professional manner. •Responsible for issuing regular order status reports for internal company use, as well as for clients. Coordination of vendors/suppliers payables and customer receivables with finance department. •Lead the close out of the projects to include financial reconciliation. •Direct & oversea maintenance contracts making sure maintenance visits are done per agreedschedules, invoices are issued regulatory and payments are done on time. •Overview end to end Logistics process for imported material. •Making sure contracts database complete with relevant documentation are up to date for ready access to all concerned parties in the company.

• Job Details:Managing end to end Logistics process for imported material. •Communicate contractual, technical and commercial terms & conditions relative to companystandard with customers in close consultation with sales, finance department and company legalcounsel. •Responsible for Order to Cash processing including sales order entry, placing purchase orders, followup delivery and invoicing. •Monitor and control project progress performance throughout project lifecycle. •Ensuring that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products, systems, or service. •Updating customers about orders status, act as point of contact for internal as well as externalenquiries by phone and emails. •Monitoring of accounts payable and accounts receivable. •Lead the close out of the project to include financial reconciliation. •Maintain hardcopy and paper files of data and supporting documentation.

• Job Details:1- Review contracts and purchase orders for correctness of figures, acceptability of terms & conditions and conformance to agreed material list(s) and product specifications, in close consultation with sales and finance departments and with company legal counsel. 2- Close coordination with finance department in drawing up and reviewing terms for and issuing of letters of credit and letters of guarantee (performance bonds) through local and offshore banks. 3- Obtains necessary information to process and complete letters of credit and related financial transactions. Verifies all documentation for accuracy and completeness 4- Review of Material Procurement Requests (MPRs) with project team or other internal parties generating them and ensure prerequisite management approval. 5- Generating and placing purchase orders on suppliers, foreign and local. 6- Follow up with suppliers on progress of purchase orders. 7- Work collaboratively with Suppliers for dispute resolution. 8- Establish close relationships with customers and commercial partners to gain their trust. 9- Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner. 10- Issue of regular order status reports for internal company use, as well as for clients. 11- Prime responsibility for issue of customer invoices. 12- Coordination of supplier payables and customer receivables with finance department. 13- Selection and update of roster of shipping agents, forwarders, clearance agents, freight contractors and packers, based on previous history, evaluation of performance and competitiveness. 14- Cooperation with proposals team in pricing contracts and offers by furnishing competitive and dependable freight, insurance, customs duty and tax costing, and determining realistic shipping cycle. 15- Complete ownership of the shipping and delivery chain for imported material, including: a. Selection of shipping line. b. Cooperation with foreign and offshore packers to ensure required packing quality is met. c. Close involvement in vessel/air-freighter booking & scheduling to meet required delivery schedules. d. Receiving and reviewing shipping documents for completeness and correctness and undertaking corrective action if and as required. e. Working closely with finance and government relations for the timely completion of all import and bank certification and paperwork. f. Coordination with forwarders in completing customs clearance paperwork. g. Coordination with warehouse staff on transportation of products to delivery points and arrangement for temporary storages as required. 16- Maintaining an up-to-date contract database complete with relevant documentation for ready access to all concerned parties in the company.
