• Job Details:• Designed and created wiring diagrams for industrial electrical cabinets using AutoCAD Electrical. A significant project involved the complete electrical design and wiring schematics for a large-scale water purification system, encompassing the control and wiring of all operating components, including PLC modules and Modbus communication networks. • Integrated these detailed wiring diagrams with electrical cabinet layouts in Inventor to facilitate efficient and accurate component fitting during assembly. ● Developed 2 PLC programming projects using ladder diagram, including one with an HMI interface for manual and automated control of 3 valves, and a sequential control system for 3 pumps. The pump system maintained system pressure within a defined range while ensuring equal distribution of daily operating hours and incorporating safeguards that resulted in zero reported pump damage during the period.
