• Job Details:• Participating in implementing the policies and procedures applicable to the Section. • Reviewing project specifications and Bill of Quantities against drawings to ensure accuracy of all estimates produced. • Reviewing the quantity surveying and quantity take off from drawings. • Evaluating vendor quotations against tender specifications to include in the tender documentation. • Preparing and Review the technical and commercial comparison sheets for the suppliers offer. • Preparing estimates of probable costs of materials, labor and equipment for construction projects based on drawings and specifications using current quotations, and historical information for. • Preparing estimates by assembling product requirements through coordinating with all teams; Quantity survey, Arch & Civil, Electro-mechanical, and Contracts, in order to get all the data needed for calculating costs, applying margins to ensure that estimates addresses all potential safety risks and concerns. • Submitting commercial and technical offer during the bid.
