• Job Details:Financial & Accounting Responsibilities: o Financial Analyst Responsibilities: - Tracks financial status by monitoring variances from plan - Determine financial status by comparing and analyzing plans and forecasts with actual results. - Improves financial status by analyzing results and variances, identifying trends, recommending actions. - Increase productivity by developing automated applications, eliminating duplications. - Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data. - Provide information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, making presentation of findings, analyze and recommendations - Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal network - Accomplish finance and organizational mission by completing related results as needed. o Accounting Responsibilities: - Responsible for preparing, recording and reporting all accounting transactions - Prepare full set of monthly financial statements and ensure timely closing of accounts - Analyze monthly financial performance and recommend corrective actions. - Contribute in the developing of the over-all strategic budget of the company. - Manage and record all banking relations and transactions. - Perform project cost forecast, costs, tracking, monitoring and controls - Prepare and approve payments, vouchers and journal entries - Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams. - Analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis - Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up. - Establish and maintain system for cost sensitivity analysis and early warning of cost over-run. - Help in the implementation of ERP systems - Deal with external auditors and tax inspections. o Stand-alone and consolidated year end audit: - Responsible on performing all the end year procedures for the holding company standalone. - Responsible on representing the holding company standalone in front of the audit. - Coordinating between the Audit team and all the subsidiaries in order to accomplish the consolidated audited financial statements. - Reviewing both stand alone and consolidated results.
