• Job Details: Monitoring contract compliance of carriers and other logistics service providers  Checking freight and Customs duty Invoices to be completely compliant  Reviewing and approving import documents for all shipments  Using SAP Application to track document flows on all shipments.  Handling of all clients’ documentation processes from Proforma invoice to delivery at clients warehouse.  Coordinating Equipment Trucking to and fro rig locations  Following up with the Ports on the clearing processes to ensure prompt delivery of consignments to clients’ warehouse.  Managing logistic mobilisations for key projects.  Supporting projects with logistical challenges as required.  Ensuring compliance with all regional regulations.  Continuously improving procurement policies and processes to facilitate more effective and cost efficient operations.  Managing the procurement process for key projects, ensuring procurement is cost effective, timely, efficient and compliant with Country regulations and Company policy.  Processing purchasing orders in line with operational need and project budget.  Ensuring the procurement process is in line with Company policy in terms of financial control and efficiency.
