• Job Details: Leading a team of 3 assistants and provide guidance  Liaise with consultant QS and allocate task related to project handled  Check on assistants and consultants measurement quantity and related tasks  Coordinates with Consultant and Engineer regarding contractual and construction matter  Comply to and implement the Company procedures on all contract administration matters at site  Measurement, taking off, BQ preparation  Verify on Progress claim and Final account settlement  Materials and suppliers sourcing  Conduct new supplier/ contractor/ selection and evaluation.  Cost analysis and produce built- up rate (Cost per key/per m2 and etc.)  Rate and BQ quantity negotiation, BQ and Contract preparation  Value engineering exercise
