• Job Details:• Support MEA countries to develop growth strategies and roadmaps, and support execution in Geocycle Regional market segments • Perform market mapping and business segmentation for all the region’s 16 countries • Supervise and support Commercial, Business Development, Internal & External Communications and Branding activities across the region • Responsible for Branding compliance, Brand image, and perform Branding Audit across the region • Co-develop business growth strategy for each country and ensure follow-up on the rapid and successful implementation of growth strategy • Support local sales organizations on developing pricing strategies and tools and develop ranges of waste management solutions offered to customers depending on local contexts and business sectors • Develop new businesses with Global and Regional key accounts across the countries in the region where the key accounts exist and ensure consistencies among business offerings and level of service. • Develop sales competence in countries required to execute strategy • Work within a region of a company's operation to evaluate opportunities for expansion. • Report the results of analyses, predictions for future business, and recommended action to upper management. • Analyze data on past and present commercial performance to make predictions about the best options for future growth
