• Job Details:Major involvements – • Preparing Interim Payment Applications. • Preparing Cost Evaluations and variations claims. • Preparing Monthly Progress Report of the project. • Taking off quantities and preparing BOQ’s for Civil constructions. • Preparation of subcontractors’ bills, agreements and sub contractors’ payment certificates. • Preparing Monthly internal cost reports & Cost value reconciliations. • Preparing Rate Analysis & Rate Breakdowns. • Drawings preparation for supporting documents of Interim Payment Applications. (Using AutoCAD) • Monitoring the progress of the project.

• Job Details:Major involvements – • Attending Tender meetings. • Preparing and reviewing Tender and contract Documents. • Preparing Rate Breakdowns and pricing Tenders. • Taking off quantities of Electrical work in Telecommunication Towers & Controlling Cabins. • Preparing and pricing BOQ’s for Electrical work and lightning protection systems of Telecommunication Towers & Controlling Cabins. • Preparing Rate Analysis & Estimates. • Preparing Cost Evaluations. • Operating company’s ERP system.
