• Job Details:Advise and assist head nurse, charge nurse & staff nurses in clinical activities, perform the duties of the assistant chief of nursing services in their absence, check night reports and census sheets from wards, ensure nursing care is in accordance with agreed standards, recommend and participate in development of new patient care programs, ensure performance of nursing practice remains in line with policies, direct and supervise nursing units, evaluate quality of nursing care, collaborate with doctors and administrative personnel.

Head Nurse/Nurse Shift Coordinator

• Job Details:Assist and monitor staff performance, participate in emergency situations, provide orientation for new staff nurses, conduct daily routine rounds, assist in development of nursing unit philosophy, monitor nursing quality improvement program, ensure highest possible level of patient care.
