• Job Details:Inspect and analyze samples both raw materials and finished products using industry appropriate methods such as measuring dimensions and examining functionality. Record inspection results by completing reports and inputting data into the quality database (ERP). Training the production team on quality control protocols (HACCP) to improve product excellence. Verify all equipment used in quality checks are calibrated correctly. Determine the causes of product defects and make a report. Ensure products are labeled correctly to make traceability easier when there are defects. Prepare COAs, vehicle inspection report, rodent and bait inspection report. Analyze customer complaints, identify the root cause and prepare CAPA. Prepare SOPs for equipment use for quality checks.
