• Job Details:Participate in preparing the company for external audits from WHO, EUROPEAN COMMISSIN (Romania MOH) and MHRA, as member in the team which guided the Auditors in the audit program. Production and Facilities inspection to Assure compliance with cGMP regulatory. standards Participate in preparing the company for external audits from WHO, EUROPEAN COMMISSIN (Romania MOH) and MHRA, as member in the team which guided the Auditors in the audit program. Non Conformity Reports follow up. Corrective and Preventive Actions follow up. Issuance of Permission for starting preparation of batches. Assure compliance with cGMP around the facility. Assure compliance with Environmental & Safety Rules and Elements of ISO 14001 & ISO 18001 standards. Attendance of execution committee for ( Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, Finished Products and Chemicals). Follow up of packaging specification of batches to be exported. Inspection on production, R&D, OH&S, Engineering, Q.C labs, Utilities and Warehouses Calibration and maintenance follow up for all equipments and balances. Participation in Internal Audits as a lead auditor. Participation in Vendor Audits and evaluation of suppliers as a team leader. Handling of deviation reports. Handling the Material Safety Data Sheets files. Customer complains & Recall follows up.
