Avon has more than 50,000 different SKU’s and we have a warehouse than we have inventory of the temporary or cycle products. Cycle Counts and a overall inventory each 6 months and I create a small groups with managers that make the cycle counts easy and organized.

      • Job Details:I’m totally proud myself because I was part of the starting up the assembly plant in Celaya since the beginning in Guanajuato, México. Being the starting up team, allowed me that HONDA company sent me 6 months training in Ohio and Indiana Manufacturing and assembly plants in United States of America. Training in the first plant located in Marysville in Ohio, (@40.2769535,-83.4932394 in google maps if you want to see) and the second plant located in Greensburg in Indiana (@39.3521558,- 85.5162033 in google maps if you want to see). In both plants my daily’s activities were training and learning the overall processing of the plant because I need to translate them into Spanish and make formal presentations for the implementation in México. In Mexico I was one of the main and selected group for generate the layout process, flow process, making the simulations in TI process, welding flow, Warehousing Raw materials and the layout warehouse process before the real starting up processing. Here at Honda I had a total of more than 2,000 direct employees in my charge. I have extensive experience in solving HR problems, management with staff, compliance with goals, daily statistical and operational and financial reports to Japanese owners and managers, creation of goals, and daily’s KPI’s. This was of one my main experience to every company that want to start up I KNOW HOW to start a company because I know all Issues presented. Also I have experienced as Inventory warehousing manager, PQ (Part Quality), Cycle Counts, Q&EHS, 5’s Lean Manufacturing, Black Belt Six-Sigma, TPM, Kaizen, Heijunka, Kan-Ban, Poka-Yoke’s, JIT (Just-In-Time Methodology) and many multiple advanced and applicate manufacturing skills. The areas and process in AF assembly are: ADC Gate, Trailer Arrival, Receiving, Put- Away, Vanning Layout, Train Build, Picking & Packing Station, Staging, Delivery from the warehouse directly through the assembly process in the line production with JIT methodology, RCC, (Returnable Container Center) EWDS (Early Warning Detection System), Short Parts, Expedites, Body & Painting, Welding process, Body Assembly, Safey Cage, etc. Working in Honda allowed me to have a huge experience to working with many international people from different nationalities such as Japanese, Germans, Americans, British, Hindus (from India), Arab from Middle East, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, South African, Neo-zealand, Australians, Canadians, Brazilians, Argentines, French, etc. As cultural data when we started the plant we started with the manufacture of 1 model car FIT every 4 days, and when we left the plant we had 2 operating shifts and manufacturing 1 car every 59 seconds of TAKT TIME so the System that is planning of materials, of the Parts numbers, all in controlled System to avoid the Short Parts, and that there are no line stops due to the lack of a Part number in the assembly.
