• Job Details: Planning, organizing and managing the overall manufacturing operation (double shift basis) in the most effective way.  Managing and ensuring the production of 8 million pieces of medicinal products per year to fulfill local and international market needs.  Developing and managing the company’s annual budget.  Develop long-range forecasts for procurement of raw materials and supplies necessary for the manufacturing operation.  Ensuring the compliance of the pharmaceutical plant to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements to guarantee manufactured products meet quality standards.  Initiating plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials and capital.  Managing, coaching and guiding a team of 8 heads of departments with a total of 80 employees under them.  Ensuring that planned Key performance indicators (KPI’s) of efficiency and performance are met.  Liaising with external parties (suppliers, legal authorities, auditors and consultants…) to build trust and long-term partnerships.  Developing a complete documentation system including all technical processes and procedures, quality and compliance procedures, HR and training procedures, procurement procedures…
