Technician

• Job Details:Managing infrastructure maintenance, upgrading and new installation in building infrastructure, project management in maintenance works executed by contractors; manage the activities of contractors and chair meetings on construction sites ensuring quality control of work on projects, preparation of specifications and bills of quantities, estimates of costs for proposed maintenance and new installation works; assessment, preparation, compilation and submission of reports to all stakeholders involved in the project, checking contractors commissioning procedures and witnessing performance and acceptance tests on site, issuing instructions to contractors on behalf of the client.
