• Job Details: Coordinate and conduct microbiology daily testing of finished, semi-finished products, raw materials and packaging products.  Coordinate and conduct microbiology daily testing of purified water, machine final rinse water and air.  conduct preservative adequacy testing for new formulation before launch.  supervise specialists while performing microbiological examinations.  perform and follow up verification of lab equipment's performance.  Reviewing data entry of the received finished product from the QC department.  General preparation of culture media and diluents.   Follow up team members and ensure tasks performance according to the work schedule.  perform and make results interpretation of standard microbiological qualification test methods conducted.  Track and trend environmental monitoring and water results.  Making slants of microorganisms’ stock culture weakly and assures its purity.  Follow up equipments’ calibration schedule.  Assist in newly hired specialist's lab training.  Carrying out OOS procedures for non-conformity results.  To ensure the implementation of HSE regulation.
