• Job Details:Monitor all sales activities (inbound, outbound calls, Face to Face Meetings) and evaluate agent’s performance concerning the quality of service offered through all channels. • Design quality rules and guidelines to achieve the highest performances with team managers. • Provide clear insight into performance drivers and the levers which impact performance. • Manage auditing reports for activities & transactions. • Give recommendations for process improvements based on the customer experience and feedback. • Conduct presentation & business simulation with new hires • Identifying training needs for employees to ensure that they are adequately equipped to perform their jobs effectively • Providing coaching and feedback to employees on how they can improve their performance • Reviewing customer complaints to determine if they are justified or if they can be resolved with minimal action from the company
