Quality ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Responsible for Quality Management System within Egypt branch conform to ISO 9001. • Drive internal improvement projects to reach the customer satisfaction goals and objectives covering Vodafone, Etisalat, Mobinil and Telecom Egypt accounts including more than eleven Projects and twenty ASP/ Service Provider. • Participate in the ASP selection. • Secure quality awareness sessions for all new fresh teams and new products as well ensure availability of correct tools. • Define Quality measurement methodology. • Break down of project demand to secure Project Quality and Acceptance. • Drive the Quality Reports according to Ericsson Global system (QASIS) and analyze the trends with proper follow up on corrective and preventive actions either on Project or on ASP. • Lead monthly meetings with the ASPs and the Project team. • Ensure the quality levels received from ASP. • Update the ASP’s with information and required competencies for new products and technologies • Manage the certification and auditing process for seven Quality Auditors.

Senior Quality Auditor Full Time

• Job Details:• Responsible for Departmental Process and Procedures audits which focus on company deliverables. • Project Management Audits which focus on project managers activities starting from project initiation until project completion. • Act as Trainer and consultant for questions related Process and Procedures. • Monitoring quality status, customer satisfaction and advice required improvement actions.

Quality ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Fully responsible of Quality Department including Quality Management System (QMS), Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) but not limited to the following: As a QMS responsible: • Fully responsible of Establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system in conformance with ISO 9001:2000 standard demanding registration and certification. • Work along with the certification body (Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance) until being certified firm. • Carrying out periodical internal audits for our Quality Management System. • Supervise and control quality of installation services provided to Ericsson included our projects abroad • Maintain ISO Certification ( ISO 9001:2000) - (Four Surveillance passed successfully) • Keep the quality management system efficient and effective. As QA responsible: • To establish quality plans for each project ( ERICSSON - HUAWEI). • To establish the required quality forms. • To ensure proper awareness and training. • To monitor customer satisfaction. As QC responsible: • To establish quality control procedures for each project(ERICSSON - HUAWEI). • To supervise the Quality Audit activities. • To ensure reporting audit results to stakeholders. • To ensure implementing the corrective actions needed before site acceptance process.
