• Job Details:• Collecting the updated statuses of the network’s sites from the concerned teams. • Interface with the quality team to handle sites’ status till successful operation. • Provide network complaints feedback to successful activation. • Review, analyze and report of the Deployment Department activities. • Handling incoming mails directed to our Department • Creating and maintaining filing systems, whether electronic or paper. • Handling the engineers expenses, time sheets and other documents and submitting them to the concerned Departments • Submitting the needed forms for purchasing the Stationary & Kitchen supplies. • Revising and signing all the documents from the Head of the Department • Arrange meetings and events upon requests. • Booking rooms and conference facilities. • Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information. • Updating and tracking the newly launched Sites 2&3G. • Tracking the D1s issued by the team members as well as sending them to the team concerned with such documents. • Reporting the updated On Air Sites of the network to other teams on weekly and monthly basis. • Carrying out any updates done on the database (OMNIX) • Performing technical processing and analysis for RF data upon request
