• Job Details:Managing the Closing out stages on the 5-star Kempinski Hotel, communicating with the engineering department daily to acquire permissions and approvals also setting up for the high-end luxury fit out of the bar & restaurant on the 5-star W Hotel on The Palm, to include waterproofing wall partitions, blockworks special plaster finishes & cladding finishes, gypsum ceiling works, concrete floors, finishing works, all woodwork, painting, landscaping and water features.

• Job Details:Managing the fit-out, finishing and civil works, including tiling, marble works, all tape, jointing and painting, including special Marmorino paint finishes on the 5-star hotel situated in Saraya Aqaba resort. Working to AFC Architectural drawings daily, supervising the fit-out company for installations to all rooms and suites, including installation of CNC panels, wardrobes, fielded paneling. Coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring the quality of their work meets the standards required, reporting to the Projects Director daily. Unfortunately, due to financial problems within the company 70% of the project was cancelled.
