• Job Details:In my receptionist role, I complete the welcoming process with the clients, ensure they have all the relevant paperwork for their CRM to use in the appointment. I also am responsible for appointment scheduling, the overall clinic schedule (aligning doctors, doctor's schedules, receptionist and CRM staff). As an administrator, I meticulously manage and coordinate all the incoming data for the clients, including lead distribution, registrations, consents, follow-ups, appointment records, etc.
