• Job Details:Reporting to Group Group CEO and managing a team of 30 staff under various sub-divisions like Brand, Procurement, Imports, Warehousing, distribution & Quality Control. Mainline responsibility for stewardship of supply chain function including brand management, procurement, import process, custom clearance, warehouse management and distribution management. Be responsible for Responsible for servicing three core divisions – Retail, Distribution & Projects of Al Saleh Group. Develop & manage Brand strategy, effective sourcing, marketing, demand forecasting, sustain and improve brand reach in the region. Review inventory on monthly basis, identify slow moving / dead stock and device plan of action in co-ordination with Sales & Marketing team. Regular meetings with brand principals for discuss brand agreements, development of brand, introduction of new models, price negotiation, payment term negotiation and highlight quality concerns and suggest plan of action. Efficiently maintaining 2500 sqm of distribution centre of multiple products – electrical fittings, lightings, wiring accessories, water heaters, fans, etc. Optimum utilization of resources and 100% customer satisfaction. Automation of processes and implement warehouse management systems. Controlling inventory – maintaining ideal inventory, re-ordering right inventory at right time and taking corrective actions on slow moving stocks. Responsible for procurement of quality products at best price to achieve desired margins. Responsible for delivering orders to all divisions in timely manner with 100% accuracy. Ensure optimum utilization of company fleet and their maintenance. Managing quality controls, pre shipment inspection process, customer complaints for various products. Provide MIS reports to management on various supply chain processes. Part of ISO 9001 auditing & compliance committee.

• Job Details:Reporting to Vice-Chairman and managing a team of over 200 staff. Mainline responsibility for stewardship of supply chain function including procurement, logistics, material management, distribution center, contract administration, spend optimization, benchmarking and best practices etc. Be responsible for Handling Supply Chain budget of over 25 Million Qatari Riyals as well as managing SLAs for all internal clients of AIH Group. Administering 7 distribution centers across GCC covering area of over 20,000 Sqm for multiple product lines Viz. fashion clothing, watches, jewelleries, handbags, luggage, furniture, household, linen, FMCG food & non-food. Establishing the quality & quantity limits for effective inventory control; Streamlining material management. Designing and maintaining KPIs of all Supply Chain functions as well as implementing systems & process for ensuring efficient delivery with operational excellence. Streamlining various warehouse functions & implementing Warehouse Management System across all warehouses Improving processes to reduce avoidable expenditure like detention & demurrage. Analysing and implementing measures for reducing losses in transit. Steering the technology improvements to improve operational efficiency. Capacity planning for all resources through immediate and long-term infrastructure planning. Assess training needs, design the training calendar and organize trainings to upgrade the skill levels of team members. Regular review of warehouse operations to identify bottleneck areas and design solutions to enhance the efficiency. Set up performance measuring parameters and ensure the parameters are achieved at all time. Generate various business and other MIS reports for review by Senior Management.
