• Job Details:• Managing 83 subordinates: 1- 5 Planners 2- 1 fleet admin 3- 3 maintenance technicians 4- 4 driver supervisors 5- 70 drivers • Executive management meeting member. • Responsible for the development of logistics & fleet management systems • Responsible for management of the maintenance of 3 road tanker & 2 rigid trucks for transportation of liquefied industrial and medical gases. • Responsible for the maintenance of 24 cylinder trucks (Mitsubishi – Chevrolet Jumbo) through a maintenance contract with certified service provider • Renovation program for outdated and inefficient trucks • Responsible for the recruitment process and training for new drivers and ensuring safety compliance and awareness during their operation • Incident / Accident reporting and investigation • Root cause analysis for any road incidents or accidents or potentially safety serious incident • Budget (CAPEX & OPEX) development and handling and monitoring • Preparing management reports & KPI's • Responsible for the maintenance of 3 company owned tractor heads (Mercedes Benz – Actros ) with certified service provider through a maintenance contract. • Road and site risk assessments • Near misses reporting and closure plans • Ensure ultimate safety of the trailers and tractor heads • Responsible for the delivery plan and execution of customer orders sent through customer service dept. Managing Licenses renewal of all 32 units

Maintenance Engineer Full Time

• Job Details:Responsible for the maintenance and repair of construction sites equipment and training operators on new machines as per manufacturer recommendations. Scope included Trucks, generators, bulldozers, cranes, etc.
