• Job Details:• Present Define strategy and business domain, then evaluate the AS-IS situation by simulating the existing workflows business processes using KPIs. • Reconstruct/eliminate inefficient processes/activities in AS-IS scenario using ARIS Simulation in order to develop the TO - BE scenario by recommending the enhanced business processes. • Report on various business issues to relevant stakeholders to provide appropriate analysis and commentaries for both technical and nontechnical people. • Drive engagement with operation teams to increase awareness of business technology governance. • Management of the (ECS) Process library and documentation.
