• Job Details:• Founder of the training Center • Traveling to MAN training academy in Germany to attend courses of MAN technology. • Studying and collecting required data and all material required covering training courses. • Preparing and conducting training sessions (Indoor/Outdoor) for Customers as well as new comers • Developed training documents. • Communicate with Training academy in Germany as Kastour administrator. • Managing all administrative issues (documentations, hotel/ flight reservations) regarding any training course. • Attended TTT (Train the Trainer) course in (IHK) Region Stuttgart in Germany.

Procedure Department ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Following up on department's Daily operations. • Acts as focal point for internal and external management support • Liaise with various Divisions of the Company and external entities in development and implementation of agreed Knowledge Management initiatives. • Succeeded to re-arrange and develop the procedures by making different check points between different departments (workshop, inventory and bill Dept.). • Created complete archiving for all work done up to date. • Succeeded to employ new staff and teach them how to review all procedure according to MAN standard and Kastour company policy. • Succeeded to get approval to modify company software to comply with the new procedures
