• Job Details:● Owned the change of captains' schedule conflict which resulted in a reduction by up to least 20% ● Was responsible for automating network routing and captains’ plans creation using SAP algorithm, Node.js, Mongodb, AWS and GCP. ● Revolutionized mass transit and shared mobility by being a part of the team that owned the RFDs and its technical discussions and decisions. ● Was a key member in the back-end chapter regular knowledge sharing sessions. The chapter also identifies and handles technical issues we have on our stack. ● Working in a self-organizing agile squad of seven members and participating in scrum activities, i.e., product and technical plannings, retros and standups. and collaborating in cross-functional squad alignment. ● Enhancing the experience of captains’ plans creation to facilitate the operations team everyday workflow and also decrease man hours. ● Owned the change of decreasing the latency of a list plans page, this change had a huge success of dropping the latency from 10 seconds to 1 second. Which had a considerable impact on these plans' sales. The solution I implemented involved how the data was retrieved from the database. Working on this on-call issue, I mainly relied on the data I collected from Datadog , and Sentry, both are monitoring and crash reporting platforms.
