• To Observe and direct team for the new opened exchanges (pops that run out of ports and got a high queue of waiting customers and then free ports upgraded and became available), arrange different solutions to finish all waiting time ASAP, sometimes by coordinating with Telecom Egypt to open the exchange after midnight or send 2 shifts of technicians according to each exchange circumstances –as exchanges differ regarding capacity- and work needs.
• To Generate Daily reports of achieved completed tasks with comments for the delayed or unperformed tasks with taken actions trying to overcome these obstacles
• To Hunt and report any new opportunity- especially in the closed pops- to upgrade the exchange through observed free spaces or replaced customers that can result in free Telecom Egypt position blocks
• To gather information about ability to use new techniques of applying new model technology and Fiber MSAN cabinets
• To Observe Team Leaders tasks of monitoring Orders management system and ticketing systems to clear any delayed task by mistake.
• To Perform any other duties requested by the direct manager
• To determine unit work objectives and set work Priorities for subordinate
• To Monitor work procedure to ensure conformity with established operation standards
• To Provide Supervisors and employees with the necessary technical support and guidance within the department
• To Liaise with employees on regular basis to discuss work progress toward achieving objectives
• To address problems and suggest appropriate solutions
• To manage employee performance within the department
• To identify staff training needs and recommend the proper training modules for eligible individuals
