Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

• Job Details:- Preventive maintenance: conducting regular inspections, routine maintenance, and system checks to prevent equipment failure and reduce downtime. - Troubleshooting & repair: diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatics issues, and performing repairs on machinery such as packaging and filling machines, pumps, motors, conveyors. - Equipment upgrades: collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement machinery upgrades, modifications, and improvements to enhance performance and efficiency. - Spare parts management: monitoring inventory levels of essential spare parts and ensuring timely procurement to avoid production delays. - Documentation & reporting: maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for compliance and continuous improvement purposes. - Safety & compliance: ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with safety standards and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe working environment.
