• Job Details:• Perform Purchasing specifications for all LSG products through committee from Q.A, Production and procurement. • ensure all suppliers are compliance to Lufthansa standards through implementation of LSG Food Safety and Quality requirements. • Perform sensory meal evaluation for all meals by committee from Quality, production sales & procurement (sensory panelist team) either by meal taste evaluation or cheftable inspection or portion control inspection for the following airlines (Lufthansa, British Airways, Air France, Swiss air Sichuan Airlines Flights, Egypt Air, Oman Air, Nile Air, Royal Air Maroc, KLM, Turkish airlines, VIP Flights.) • Formally document all complaint data including closing results and prepare complaint reports and monitor KPIs. • communicate with suppliers to develop raw material selection and processing to improve product quality and update Purchasing specifications. • Conduct Supplier Audits according to audit plan & supplier approval requirements including closing out findings with suppliers, formally documents and maintain audits finding reports /Raw material selection / action plans/ corrective actions. • Follow up with suppliers on status of action plan to ensure closure of actions. • Receive all complaints related to all products and evaluate complaint information. • Communicate complaints to suppliers and follow up to ensure timely complaint investigation, escalation and closure of corrective actions. • Follow up lab results of supplier products. • Perform inspection for equipment handling • Ensure that all suppliers signed Quality agreement & List of Restricted Meal Components for Supplier’ (this includes the purchasing of Ready-To-Eat airline meals).

Food Safety & Quality/HygienistFull Time

• Job Details:• conduct internal inspections and/or external audits which also documented in the CAQS (Computer-Aided Quality System) database and are part of the monthly quality report provided to top management. • Investigate and respond to customer complaints (all food-borne incidents). • Handle and check special customer requirements like halal, kosher, vegetarian, allergens meals. • Take Microbiological corrective actions (taking swabs, sampling, on job training). • Make needed SOPs, work instructions and posters. • Take decisions regarding food when aircraft delayed or cancelled. • Perform inspection for equipment handling. • Take Microbiological corrective actions (taking swabs, sampling, on job training). Verify (HACCP) logs and other documents are accurately completed on a daily basis (During Daily Tour).

Food Hygiene& Hospitality Auditor & ConsultantFull Time

• Job Details:Conduct and trained on the following list of services by AHDO: • Auditing • Food Safety Consultation • Second Party Audit • Legionella Protocol • Sampling (how to take food samples) • Mystery shopper audits for restaurants (Beano’s Café, La Poire Café, Ovio Restaurant) At the the following places: • Katameya Heights Golf and Tennis Resort. • Astrum Markets. (catering company) • La Poire Factory. • El Koubesy Company. (Juice factory) • The Fruit Republic.
