• Job Details:- Managing and supervising the electrical systems in 3 industrial Parks with total area 4 million square meters located in 6 of October, Sadat City, plus SME Bosla projects. - Reviewing electrical systems design, including power distribution, lighting, control panels, and automation systems, to meet the specific needs for industrial facilities within the parks. - Overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment in industrial parks. This includes coordinating with contractors, conducting inspections, troubleshooting electrical issues, and performing preventive maintenance to ensure safe and reliable operation. - Coordinate with projects’ consultant for implementing infrastructure design for new industrial projects. - Managing and supervising the daily preventive maintenance activities at the Parks. - Responsible for calculating demand loads for MV network in the Parks. - Dealing with multinational companies for supplying LV & MV cables & MV Equipment - Attending FAT tests for equipment needed for mega projects (Transformers, Switchgear, Cables). - Managing, leading, and motivating a multi-skilled group of engineers & technicians in an empowered team-based environment, ensuring full engagement of team members, to meet company requirements regarding safety and quality.

Senior Electrical EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:➢ Carrying out and ensuring Preventative Maintenance “PM” is completed on all relevant equipment, machinery daily, weekly, monthly as planned. ➢ Working with other professionals in order to improve production facilities, reduce the incidence of costly breakdowns and develop strategies to improve overall reliability and safety of plant, personnel and processes. ➢ Managing and supervising the daily activities of team to ensure the optimal use of manpower & resources. ➢ Overseeing & carrying out the installation, maintenance and repair of a wide range of equipment in the park. ➢ Responsible for supervising implementing process of electrical infrastructure for industrial parks. ➢ Responsible for calculate demand loads for MV network in the park. ➢ Coordinate with projects’ consultant for implementing infrastructure design for new industrial projects. ➢ Managing, leading and motivating a multi-skilled technicians’ group in an empowered team-based environment, ensuring full engagement of team members, to meet company requirement regarding safety and quality.

Electrical Maintenance Supervisor EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:- Responsible for supervising, planning, scheduling and performing routine preventive and breakdown maintenance on all of the plant’s equipment. - Preparing and assisting in the relocation, installation of new and existing plant’s equipment. - Responsible for maintaining different equipment of production’s lines of Passenger Cars such as Hyundai Heavy Industries “HHI” spot welding robots, ABB painting robots, Ovens, Burners, Pumps, portable spot welding guns, Automatic Jigs, Pneumatic Circuits, Air Handling Units &, Automatic Conveyor System using Mitsubishi PLC-Q-Series, & Mitsubishi HMI. - Responsible for creating Total Productive Maintenance TPM. - Utilizing Oracle maintenance module for managing the PM program and extracting the reports. - Ensuring the spare parts availability by purchasing all required spare parts and maintenance consumables. - Responsible for analyzing the maintenance KPIs (BD, OEE, MTBF, MTTR, etc.) and issue a periodic follow-up monthly report. - Controlling the maintenance expenses and preparing the maintenance annual budget. - Managing, leading and motivating a multi-skilled technicians group in an empowered team-based environment, ensuring full engagement of team members, to meet company requirement regarding safety and quality.
