• Job Details:Database Management (SQL Server): Responsible for backup and restore operations for the company's database. Perform daily maintenance and monitoring of data integrity and availability. Manage regular backups and ensure data recovery in case of emergencies. IT Help Desk Management: Manage a complete IT support team and distribute tasks efficiently. Organize and assign shifts to ensure continuous support. Train new team members on using various systems, particularly SQL Server, and IT support procedures. New Member Training: Train new employees on technical tasks and core SQL Server functions, including daily operations like backup and restore. Provide training on IT support tasks to ensure efficient and professional service delivery. Sage Software Management (Accounting): Responsible for operations related to Sage software used for accounting management. Perform process operations and Dump & Restore for accounting-related data in the system. Business Process Management: Ensure smooth and effective execution of daily operations related to database management and IT support. Manage workflows and ensure contingency plans are in place for any issues or service interruptions.
