Supply Chain ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Key duties & responsibilities: • Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective SC. • Establishes performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of factors affecting the SC. • Develops policies to increase SC efficiency while ensuring quality and safety; implements subsequent changes to processes. • Participates as an advisory member of the product development team, providing information and guidance on availability and cost of supplies and materials. • Part of the team coordinating engineering changes, product line extension, or new product launches to ensure timely and orderly material and production flow transitions. • Improve the overall SC performance and look for new technologies, trends, sector developments & innovations to the process. • Develop new and existing relationships with suppliers. • Identify, manage and minimize the risks (operational or reputational) that could affect or interrupt the SC. • Consider the environmental impact of the supply chain to meet sustainability targets. Procurement Duties and Responsibilities • Monitors the performance of suppliers, identifies & qualifies new suppliers in collaboration with other departments. • Negotiates contracts and prices for raw material and delivery with suppliers, vendors, and/or shipping companies. • Work with procurement managers and buyers to source the right suppliers & products while managing the cost involved and maintaining quality. Logistics Duties and Responsibilities • Identifies optimal shipment & transportation routes with attention to consolidation of warehousing & distribution. • Assesses the need for material-handling equipment and staffing; makes recommendations to ensure efficient loading, unloading, movement, and storage of materials. • Plan and implement logistical strategy, ensuring targets are met with the highest quality and the best price. Warehouse Duties and Responsibilities • Develops and maintains detailed inventories of materials & supplies located in the company, sites, and factory to optimize production. • Analyzes current inventories and procedures; suggests improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the company. • Oversee product storage, handling and distribution, work on forecasts and inventories, keeping an accurate record of the process and analyzing performance.

Supply Chain ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Develop accurate demand forecasts of all line items for their accountable segment of the business by using a combination of statistical forecasting integrated with insights gained via partnering with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance departments. • Ensure consistent integration into the forecast of customer insights, base business trends, merchandising promotional plans, new item volumes, plan-o-gram changes and seasonal volume with the goal of reducing working capital and minimizing forecast error. • Manage the existing supply chain department. Review orders shipping to the customer (turn, seasonal, and/or promotion) to maximize performance against internal and customer-driven goals. • Analyze, maintain, and modify key item-level system replenishment settings such as minimum ship quantity and shipment increment. • Manage the life cycle of the supply chain from supplier to customer delivery. Works with manufacturing production on a daily basis to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Extensive communication and interaction with worldwide customers and suppliers. • Develop/maintain statistical safety stock strategy • Manage new items. Manage customer specific systems and tools integration with the forecasting system. • Reviewing and Updating supply chain practices in line with company policies, standards, laws and regulations • Negotiating terms and prices with suppliers and freight companies, monitoring and assessing their performance and maintaining cost-effective practices • Implementing logistic strategies, tracking goods from the origination point to the warehouse • Analyzing the supply chain data and solving any issues or putting alternative plans in place • Identifying and minimizing risk by predicting the demand for products and adopting new technology with no interruption to the process • Managing inventory, packing and distributing. • Following up after accidents and injuries on the floor. • Supervising and training employees
