• Job Details:Greet customers and determine the nature of their visit. Inspecting the vehicle thoroughly visually or using diagnostic tool. Drive the vehicle to the workshop where the maintenance is carried out by the technicians. Oversee the maintenance activities. Quality control over the work done. Informing the sales of what was done in the vehicle. Follow up with the customer and inform them of the work done and what they should expect to be needed in the future.
