• Job Details:Responsibilities & duties:  Responsible for the maintenance department management with team more than 100 employees with training them and skills development them  Maintenance team worked side by side with foreign experts during the installation of machines and equipment s  Deal with subcontractors during the construction of the plant  As well as maintain an action plan in coordination with the production department to limit the machines stopped Managing activities and developing technical solutions related to maintenance program Design and implementation of preventive maintenance plan for all industrial equipment CNC M/Cs, Robots M/Cs, Water Jet M/Cs Gantry Cranes, overhead Cranes of marble& granite manufacturing technology. Automotive workshop for heavy equipment such as (forklifts, trucks, loaders, wheel loaders, excavator, mobile cranes, etc.) Hydraulics circuits and pneumatics systems (hydraulic pumps, valves, accumulators, cylinders, heat exchanger, hydraulic motors, actuators, etc.). Rotating equipment (pumps, compressors). power transmission (belt & pulleys, alignments, couplings, industrial clutches, gear boxes, shafting, bearings, casing repair etc). Sheet metal, Plumping, measurements and welding. Maintenance and follow-up of electro mechanical works in industrial establishments Coordinated maintenance issues with other departments to ensure preventive maintenance processes Develop an action plan for the provision of spare parts Condition monitoring & preventive maintenance

Senior maintenance & installation engineerFull Time

• Job Details:Responsibilities & duties:  Installation and maintenance of (Extrusion lines, Forming M/Cs, Blowing M/Cs, Injection M/Cs )  Installation and maintenance of (Compressors, pumps , Chillers)  Installation and maintenance of (paper lines, corrugated line ) Hydraulics circuits and pneumatics systems (hydraulic pumps, valves, accumulators, cylinders, heat exchanger, hydraulic motors, actuators, etc.)  Participate in customer meetings and provide technical support for sales engineers  Assist in the `development of commissioning plans.  Ability to cope with shift work and unsocial hours, which are often required where equipment is in 24-hour operation.  Assist in engineering design reviews.  Deal with clients; try to resolves problems within the scope of the design.  Pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and operation of new plant till operational and final acceptance certificate  Undertake problem solving and troubleshooting skills as part of normal commissioning duties.  Conducts site observation surveys and prepares field reports on the status of projects and completion of projects with respect to compliance to the plans and specifications.  Prepares general condition survey reports.  Communicate all projects safety concerns to employees involved projects.  Follow up maintenance contracts  Maintaining the equipment in good condition at all times  Making quick effective repairs when equipment breakdowns occur  Preparation and supervision of normal operating procedures that are safe, reliable, and economical  Preparation and procurement of training aids, system diagrams, and manufacturers' manuals for the training and guidance of operating and maintenance personnel  Preparation and supervision of a periodic test and inspection program for all air compressor plant  Plan Preventive maintenance (PM) of routine inspections of equipment recorded for future reference on inspection records. Its purpose is to anticipate and prevent possible equipment failures by making periodic inspections and minor repairs in advance of major operating difficulties.  Breakdown maintenance is the emergency repair of inoperable equipment performed by maintenance crews.  Develop a coordinated plan to efficiently handle emergency breakdowns.  Locating the source of trouble when problems occur so that repairs can be made. Compressor manufacturers will normally provide troubleshooting charts for their equipment.
