• Job Details:• Prepare the company plan and budget in alignment with the holding company policies and monitor its implementation across all sectors and take the required corrective actions in case of deviation. • Design and improve the finance, accounting, and cost accounting related policies & processes including purchasing, inventory management, assets management, budgeting, treasury, cash management, and all related policies and work cycles in coordination with Holding Company and monitor its implementation across all departments. • Monitor finance & accounting processes and study external audit & compliance reports and use them to direct finance activities across the company to take all necessary actions for correction and continuous improvement. • Manage the budgeting process across the company and monitor and analyze any deviation, practice control, and provide proper recommendations to ensure that all expenditures are in line with annual budgets. • Manage the relationship with banks to ensure the proper usage of cash, foreign currency, and negotiating interest rates in coordination with the holding company and as per the holding company policies and procedures • Coordinate with the holding company and prepare detailed studies related to any capacity expansion, outsourcing, or investment plans and prepare feasibility studies for new ventures, new projects, or any kind of partnership or integration. • Develop the required procedures and policies to maintain proper internal controls to ensure accuracy of records, and the accurate processing of receivables, payables and other accounting transactions. • Develop and implement fixed assets management system and ensure maintaining records and related depreciation accounts. • Develop a costing and pricing process in coordination with commercial and relevant departments to ensure competitiveness of the company products and maintaining the planned profitability. • Manage all human resources activities in the finance sector including manpower planning, scheduling, working hours, productivity improvement, employees’ discipline, performance evaluation and couching, on the job training, selection, and internal communication to achieve highest employees’ performance and engagement level. • Develop and implement annual budgeting procedures and monthly reviews to ensure on time budget approval. • Develop and implement reporting and review procedures to analyze any budget deviation and recommend actions for correction to ensure that all expenditures are in line with annual budgets. • Study, negotiate and select the most suitable banking partners and manage the relationship with them to ensure the proper cash usage, return, and debt management. • Oversee corporate bank relations, accounts, and managing cash and liquidity including credit policy, interest rates, foreign currency management. • Revise sources of finance and support management to take the right decision including debt & equity structure, and other forms of finance if needed. • Create and manage a Cash pooling System with clear rules of functioning.
