• Job Details:Order processing and Stock Management: • Issue the stores’ weekly orders and ensure that each store has enough stocks align with the sales forecast. • Respond to any special transfer or movement requests and Manage, record the transaction on the system between stores and warehouses. • Monitor, control and review the movement journals including: expiry, damage and testers. • Prepare monthly analysis for slow-moving products in the warehouse • Monitoring stock levels in warehouse and maintain the number of SKUs within the agreed range for each store. • Analyze sales performance to identify sales trends Product Registration and Configuration: • Ensure that all the products are registered and updated in all the governmental entities (for example: eCosma registration for cosmetics products in SFDA). • Ensure that all the products and material are listed in the ERP systems and updated in the stores and warehouses (for example: AX and RMS) with the all required information.
