• Job Details:- (Third party inspection (TPI) for all mechanical works and review all related documents approvals for reports and certifications. - the scope included piping , pipelines , Storage tanks , Equipment systems (fabrication, erection, installation, testing , inspection, painting) and reinstatement in order to verify the compliance with applicable project specifications , method statements , procedures and international standards , codes and Mechanical completion. - Witnessing Phased array testing.

• Job Details:Site Supervision for all QC activities Mechanical ( WPSs , all Welding activities , follow up NDT Processes and review reports and interpretation for RT films , issue NCRs and follow up the required sequence for closed , review test pack and release for hydro test) . - Witnessing Phased array testing. - Mechanical Completion Coordinator: Coordinating the mechanical completion system and mechanical completion database, Monitoring that systems/subsystems are completed according to the priority defined in the pre commissioning /commission schedule, Ensuring that the progress ITR-A updating in database and master punch list, Ensuring that inspection and tests are carried out and recorded and documented, Attending to inspection and tests according to the approved ITP, Ensure all Completions Database checked and test sheets sorted by discipline, Coordinate with project team walk downs for all project phases, Manage the preparation of MC Dossier prerequisites like Item List and Marked-up drawing and applicable check lists, Ensure all punch lists reviewed by the Discipline Leads to ensure that known punch list are completed or in the outstanding punch list summary, Manage the Preparing commissioning dossier and mange ITR-B filing system .
