Senior Quantity Surveyor Experiences : - Estimating the pilot quantity and its costs. - Reviewing the designs and issuing the necessary executive plans for all the tasks assigned to it. - Discussing and proposing technical proposals for design drawings, resolving conflicts between structural and architectural, and making construction and architectural workshop drawings, if necessary & Bar bending schedules. - Coordination between construction , architectural plans and mep drawing to ensure that there are no conflicts. - Preparation , issue and review for submittal a quantitative survey of all outgoing items and activities, with the preparation of construction and arc tables. - Preparing payments (invoices for each of the general contractor and subcontractor and reviewing them with the consultant for approval). - Determine budgets for payments, inventory needs and materials. - Issuing Requests for Information (RFI) to inquire about conflicting or ambiguous information. - Preparing change orders, preparing and submitting claims and documentation, and following up on approval. - Follow up on project cost estimation and update data if necessary, while working closely with the rest of the project parties to follow up on the progress of the schedule and update it to inform management about it periodically. - As built drawing ( preparation , issue and review for submittal ). - Advise clients on improvements, strategies and/or estimated costs.
