• Job Details:Recording purchase invoices and supplier entitlements, follow up on supply orders, quantities actually received, and remaining quantities. Review, reconcile and analyze supplier accounts. Preparing reports on monitoring the payment of various benefits. Preparing reports related to suppliers, purchases and payment follow up on covenant settlements. Maintain an updated supplier register that includes all supplier data. Review, reconcile and analyze supplier accounts. Preparing accounting entries for accruals and payments to suppliers. Preparing monthly salary and compensation schedules, accompanied by all changes, including promotions, deductions, bonuses, deductions from insurance shares, taxes, unions, and loan installments.
