• Job Details:Do the preventive Maintenance program for each equipments in the mall such as ( generators, chillers, electrical panel,pumps,fire alarm system, transformer,R.m.u,and so on ) Responsible for all of the maintenance work at the Mall. Schedule, train, supervise motivate employees for the maintenance team. Check electrical and mechanical systems of buildings to ensure functionality.( Chillers,A.h.u,fan coil,) but not limited to the following: Maintenance and operation of all networks of water, sewage, fire, electricity and irrigation in the mall.

• Job Details:Job description : Carry out all maintenance programs for all the equipment in the resort (Electrical network , Chillers, Boilers, Heat exchange units, Water pumps, Fire pumps, A.H.U, Fresh air Units, U.P.S Generator, Sound system, Fire alarm system, kitchen equipment, T.V system, laundry equipment ) Works ON ( P.M.S CONTROL SYSTEM )

Maintenance engineerFull Time

• Job Details:: Responsible for: 1- Maintain all of the equipment in the hotel (electrical network, Kitchen equipment, fire system, air condition, and refrigerators). 2- Redistribute the Electrical network in the hotel according to the loads and the hotel consumption from electricity. 3- Connect the emergency loads in the hotel to external generator in case of failure of electricity. 4- Leads a team to make all maintenance activates in the hotel.
