Network Support EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Provide outsourcing services including co-location, cloud solutions, virtual hosting, e-mail hosting, and data Center security. • Respond to customers inquiries through Phone calls, emails and tickets. • Troubleshooting and perform root cause analysis to resolve current problems and solve issues, often under time constraints • Contact ISPs/Suppliers/Vendors for escalating/following up incidents then creating RFO to our customers. • Support and maintain hardware and software infrastructure according to best practices, including routers, switches, Wi-Fi controllers, and firewalls. • Acts as 2nd Tier Support, and handle internal Escalation to different technical teams. • Perform regular monitoring via PRTG to identify any possible wrong behaviors and perform data Center physical eye check • Work closely with colleagues to meet team goals and improve processes and practices.

Technical support specialistFull Time

• Job Details:Provide support for more than 3000 users at two different sites on a variety of issues to proceed their daily tasks without any technical issues. • Provide the needed support for Launching new projects by installing their devices OS after capture a suitable image then deploy it using our WDS. • Implementing both network and system infrastructure in our core server, Access servers, domain server, Exchange. • Identifies, researches and resolve technical problems or looping the specialized teams (Network or system or software) once needed. • Familiar with windows servers features (WDS, WSUS, DHCP, DNS, GP, SCCM...) • Familiar with basic Avaya Hard or softphone issues • Work with all other teams to meet ISO & PCI requirements for all devices at the company. • Monitor our system to be secure all the Time via various softwares and hardware tools.
