• Job Details:1- Reviewing and issuing customer invoices and following up on their delivery to delegates and customers 2- Preparing a weekly and monthly report on the sales of representatives and customers 3- Responsible for entering, reviewing and entering the price lists of selling items into the operating system. 4- Extracting inventory and warehouse reports and providing the administration with the data it requests. 5- Maintaining the minimum and maximum demand for inventory in warehouses. 6- Examination of delivery and receipt vouchers for incoming and outgoing items and recording returns. 7- Monitoring the daily movement of items in warehouses. 8- Make a monthly inventory of some random items and make sure that the actual balances match the book. 9- Conducting an inventory study and solving the problems it faces, such as damage and overcrowding. 10- Manage the annual inventory team formed by the administration to verify the stock and its quantity.

• Job Details:1- Follow-up and review the account statement of customers and suppliers. 2- Preparing monthly reports for the financial manager on the volume of sales and purchases during the month. 3- Reviewing and recording purchase and sale invoices on the program. 4- Follow-up of overdue debts and collections from clients. 5- Cashing checks from banks. 6- Preparing employee payroll.
