Achievement: Reduce insurance cost by more than 25% by inviting competent brokers, negotiating conditions and applying a 20% profit sharing to all policies as additional saving. 10- Financial procedures assessment and continues improvement thru Plan-Do-Check-Act system. 11- Accounting software implementation and improvement by customize new reports for audit and control purpose.
