• Job Details:-Handle all customer's cable and internet billing questions and manage their existing account(s). -Upsell and upgrade a customer's plan. -Sell and promote mobile service to customers that have mobile service with another provider and get them to switch to us. -Sell and promote internet service to customers that have internet service with another provider and get them to switch to us. -Perform as a supervisor as a daily task when the escalation desk is lacking head-count.
