Warehouse and Logistics ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.  Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.  Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.  Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.  Manage stock control and settle with data storage system.  Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies.  Plan work rotation, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results.  Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees.  Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, etc.).  Planning transport routes by carrying out a detailed study of cost-effective trade routes.  Planning best means of transport to meet the cost as well as time barriers.  Ensuring the safe delivery of goods by handling and taking proper care of goods during transport.  Prepare and manage all the necessary documents required for carrying out domestic as well as verify the delivery of goods according to the customer specifications and ensuring that deadlines are met.  Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.  Manage communications with existing customers in Europe to follow up any upcoming inquires and purchase orders.  Coordinate the loading plan with factory departments (Sales, production, planning) to ensure the availability of the products at the latest receiving date.  Prepare and update the shipping plan on weekly basis with freight forwarders, prepare and send shipment documents (invoice, packing list, preliminary shipping declaration)  Coordinate with 3rd party inspection agency.  Follow up on shipments arrival to final destinations and notify agents with ETA and send shipments draft documents to European Agents.  Dispatching shipping documents directly to the customer by courier or to the bank, prepare and send shipping advice along with copies of all shipping documents by email.  Maintain records for dispatched shipments.

• Job Details: Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods  Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance  Determine and track most important warehouse KPIs  Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained.  Communicate and collaborate with other team members  Train, guide and evaluate warehouse workers.  Ability to analyze data and provide insights from data  Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.  Motivate and lead warehouse staff to effectively carry out given tasks  Improve warehouse work processes through strategic planning in order to create a more efficient fulfillment system.  Maintain and update standards procedures (SOPs) of the In/Out.  Maintaining the Implementation of the FIFO concepts.  Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
