• Job Details:Responsible for providing logistical services to a large group of clients, specifically those working on exporting fresh and frozen foods and agricultural crops to the supermarket chains around the world. The following is a summary of the most important operations: A. Coordinating with the sales team once receiving a new request to check how we will proceed in the fastest, best way and at the lowest possible costs. B. Submit the new BKGS and inform the client with my advice about the loading time by considering the COT. C. Creating the initial commercial invoice to submit a new customs certificate. D. Coordinate with the Transportation Department in order to complete the process of assignment, transportation, and use Gensets in the best way to ensure the safety of the goods. E. Checking the temperature, humidity, and ventilation settings with the transport team and SL. F. Work on sending the final shipment documents where the customs broker, relying on them to close the customs certificate and submit it to the customs, and then deliver the shipping order to the SL office to endoscopy, and finally the shipment will be approved to export to the CNEE. G. Submit SI + VGM to receive the BL draft. H. Create the COO & PHYTO drafts and then certify them to deliver them by courier to the CNEE. I. During all these operations, we follow up on all containers permanently, as we are in service throughout the day, where we find solutions to the problems facing the process in the right way and directly intervene by issuing instructions to the logistics service providers to correct mistakes and guide them to what they should do to reduce the problems that could be cause damage or delay shipments. • Job Details:Work on following up a group of clients, starting with providing them with the latest rates for internal transportation, clearance and shipping rates, and then receiving the booking order from the client to start making the booking, ending with sending the payment request to our payable department to pay for the service providers that we have been worked with them, then closing the file and handing it over to the accounts department to record it. The above mentioned includes: A) Communicating with logistical service providers such as shipping lines, our customs brokers, and our transport and stowage and packing department, and then providing our clients with our best offers. B) Processing the shipments from the time of receiving the booking order from the client until completed, such as booking shipments with shipping lines until submitted the final shipping declaration and the VGM and finally review the bill of lading draft with the client to issue it after that, whether it is original or seaway bill, follow up on our transport department to make sure that there are empty containers and they are clean and usable, and the Genset for the reefer containers, loading process, and finally follow up on the clearance department and make sure that the required forms have been made and the approvals for the shipment have been completed, so that the shipment has been cleared, make sure that they have delivered the SI to the terminal shipping line office in time, finally writing the certificates of origin and inserting it in the General Organization for Export and Import Control for documentation. C) In case, issue the HBL (if shipper request or if there is an agent as a mediator represents the consignee and his company name is mentioned in MBL). D) Insert all documents and everything related to shipments in the company’s system and in a hard file for use. E) Sending the payment request to our payable department to pay for the service providers that we have been worked with them, then closing the file and handing it over to the accounts department to record it.
