• Job Details:• Lead a team of 7 professionals (4 architects, 1 project coordinator, 2 draftsmen) in delivering large-scale projects with a focus on construction design and integrated design strategies. • Manage design reviews, ensuring technical coordination, and maintain effective stakeholder communication to support project alignment. • Create integration strategies to ensure seamless interdisciplinary coordination across teams. • Supervise engineering deliverables and ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements. • Conduct risk assessments, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve team conflicts to optimize workflows while integrating sustainability principles. • Develop and review project Scope of Services and other baseline documents across all project phases, with a strong focus on urban development and environmental considerations. • Create and manage estimates, schedules, reports to monitor performance, fostering a culture of accountability. • Monitor and validate material estimates and quantities to ensure accuracy and alignment with project needs. • Participate in equipment and material procurement activities, supporting timely and compliant sourcing. • Maintain communication with clients, contractors, engineers, and relevant authorities on project-related matters, utilizing strong interpersonal skills
