Senior Site Civil EngineerFull Time

• Job Details: Job Role: Senior Site Civil Engineer.  Part of the Supervision team on the International Shooting Club Project (Est. Budget: 7 Billion EGP, Area: 250,000 m2)  Responsible for all civil works in a 3500 m2 area of the Hotel Building (Est. Budget: 1.5 Billion EGP, Area: 10,000 m2, 9 stories height).  Responsibilities includes and not limited to:  managing a team of two engineers, foremen and supervisors and creating the most efficient team in the project  act as the main technical adviser on the construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives  organize and make estimates for required material, formwork and scaffolding for all ongoing activities  plan the work and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines  ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications  liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, technical office engineers and the general workforce involved in the project  day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors  oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site, prepare reports as required  resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.  monitor the cost of all going activities on site

Intermediate Site EngineerFull Time

• Job Details: Job role: Technical Site Engineer.  Supervision on the new Ministry Of Defense Head Quarters , Building no. 10 (Budget: 2 Billion EGP, Area: 60,000 m2), 6 story height(2 basements+4 floors), 5 underground tunnels.  Responsibilities included and not limited to:  managing a team of two engineers overseeing all quality control and technical consultation matters in a 20,000 m2 area of the project  attending regular meetings with the owner and contractor representatives to review progress and quality control matters as well as any other technical issues  resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise  issuing site instructions, site notices & NCRs in accordance with my superiors  complete quantity survey for all concrete works in the project  reviewing and approval of invoices  ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications and reviewing material submissions in accordance with owner representatives  coordinate with electrical and mechanical consultants to make sure an efficient implementation of all systems
