• Job Details:Design and Production: Develop thermoforming molds, engineering equipment (e.g., punching, rolling, forming molds and machines), and production conveyors based on client requirements. Client Interaction: Engage with clients to gather requirements, offer technical advice, and ensure designs meet their specifications. CAD Design: Create and improve designs using SolidWorks, focusing on functionality, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness. Bill of Materials (BOM) Preparation: Generate detailed BOMs and source materials, ensuring optimal pricing and availability. Lean Manufacturing Implementation: Apply lean manufacturing principles to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall processes. Production Supervision: Oversee production processes, including welding, bending, shaper machines, turning machines (lathe and grinding), milling, surface grinding, CNC milling, and wire-cutting machine operations. Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks throughout the production cycle to ensure products meet industry standards and client expectations. Assembly and Delivery Oversight: Supervise the assembly of products, ensuring they are correctly assembled and fully functional before delivery to clients. Process Improvement: Analyse production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
