• Job Details:-Working on upgrading SOPs by GMP and HACCP Approach. -Supporting in Managerial Departments Internal Audits According to ISO 9001, 17025 Standard. -Process Consulting for Launching Quality Management Module on ERP System for 6 departments through 4 months. -Responsible for Workflows to optimize the process cycle time in Microsoft Axapta AX. -Designing two levels of process maps and flow charts for the processes including HAZOP technique for operation activities. -Innovate new communication ways to facilitate the processes especially in sales, Order Management and Commercial sector. -Owner of PQ “Prequalification” Visits / Audits for mega corporates. -Capability studies for processes and detection of area of improvements through production processes.
