Network Engineer

• Job Details:Solving daily employee’s tickets using Zoho ticketing system and accepting daily calls from all departments on 3CX phone system for corporates. Handling more than 600 plus users and computers across the company using Active Directory. Applying web filtering and security profile on all employees in our company. Reporting to team leader and IT head manager weekly report for network inventory of the department (firewall, switches, access point, and cameras).

• Job Details:Installing and configuring firewall Juniper, networks, routers Cisco, Huawei, printers, monitor the status of all inventory by EMCO ping app. Work with Active Directory to build user network profiles, reset passwords, unlock accounts.
